It seems there's a bug with the Options Page and nested Repeaters. I created a new Field set and defined it to go to one of the defined Options Pages. The fields established were
Repeater
- Title
- Repeater
- - Secondary Title
- - Secondary Description
The top level repeater works fine. You can save, leave the options page, and come back fine. However, all of the data in the nested repeater appears blank.
When you test and save on the options page, the initial field values do populate correctly. However, simply going to the dashboard and then navigating back to that options page will yield blank values for all nested repeaters.
I performed another test by assigning that field group to a page as opposed to an options page and the nested repeater performed correctly. It seems the issue is with nested repeaters on Options Pages.
