Paid Work: Searching Repeater Fields with Multi Selects

I have a small project that I do not have the skill-set to be able to do and am open to paying someone to help. If you are interested, reply in this post and I will get back to you.

The situation is this

POST (2002 Ford truck)
REPEATER FIELD (for images of the truck)
IMAGE (picture of the trucks wheel)
MULTI-SELECT (this categorizes the image, for example TRUCK, WHEEL)

I need to be able to search all of the posts for images where WHEEL photos have been select, or the TRUCK photos.

This is an example, but the idea is that I am able to search for any of the values in the MULTI-SELECT field and return a list of images (from all the posts in the system) that match.
