Repeater Field Add/Remove & Add New buttons are not working

Hello

I have created an Options page and added a repeater field, in the repeater field is a single text box. When I go to the Options page and click the 'Add Row' button, it does nothing. The same goes for the + and - options.

I have also tried changing the type from Table to Row, but that didn't change the layouta t all.

I am using ACF4 from GitHub and I have downloaded the plugins from this website using my codes.
